BAKER CITY – A woman who was arrested twice in Baker City last month was arrested again last week, this time on a warrant from a neighboring county. On January 23, 2026, a Baker County Sheriff’s Office deputy responded to a location on K Street in Baker City to serve an arrest warrant. As a result, Johanna Marie Shelley, 40, of Baker City was arrested on a Grant County Circuit Court warrant for Criminal Driving While Suspended or Revoked.
Johanna Shelley is currently lodged at the Baker County jail on the following charges:
· Violation of Release Agreement
· Probation Violation
· Assault in the Fourth Degree (DV)
· Disorderly Conduct II
· Driving While Suspended
· DUII
· Out of County Warrant (Grant) for Criminal Driving While Suspended or Revoked.
