Canyon City man arrested for second time in three days

JOHN DAY – A Canyon City man was arrested for the second time in three days. Grant County Emergency Communication logs show that Ian Edward Humbird, 28 of Canyon City, was arrested near West Main and Canton in John Day yesterday on a Grant County warrant. Humbird was arrested on Tuesday the third for Disorderly Conduct in the Second Degree.
Nothing further was released regarding yesterday’s arrest.
