Additional trespassing charge for Starnes

CANYON CITY – A man will spend time in jail on a trespassing charge, according to Grant County Circuit Court documents. Olle Leroi Starnes, 53, pleaded guilty to Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree.
Starnes was sentenced to 120 hours in jail, to be served concurrently with sentencing from other cases in Grant and Crook Counties. The crime was committed in April of this year.
