More jail time for Starnes following trespass charges

CANYON CITY – A man will spend even more time in jail after pleading guilty to trespassing charges as well as violating his probation. Olle Leroi Starnes, 52, pleaded guilty to two separate counts of Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree, committed on or around January 20^th and 23^rd of this year.

Starnes was sentenced to a total of 60 days in jail on the charges. One count was disposed with no conviction.
