HUNTINGTON — Huntington Mayor Chuck Guerri has issued a notice to local residents regarding ATV use in town. The Mayor made note of a “recurring problem” regarding youth on ATVs. The Mayor says, “If you are operating an ATV on city streets, you must have a valid driver’s license and liability insurance”

Mayor Guerri said he’s witnessed several youth under the age of 16, and even under the age of 10 operating vehicles on city streets. He asks for the public to “help keep everyone safe by adhering to city and state regulations.”

On another note, Mayor Chuck said progress is being made in the city’s cleanup efforts, and thanked those who are helping.
