Young man from Bulgaria will be selling educational books in the area this summer

BAKER CITY – The Baker City Police Department is letting citizens know that a young man by the name of Stoyan (Tony) Ivanoc, will be in the area over the summer selling educational books on behalf of Southwestern Advantage (an accredited business with BBB). Tony is from Bulgaria and is raising money for college.

The department notes that he has successfully completed all necessary requirements for a City of Baker City Peddler’s Permit and has proper identification available.
