WALLA WALLA – A Yakima man is in jail and faces three felony charges after allegedly sexually assaulting a woman at the Sleep Center last week.
Will A. Stubblefield, 46, was arrested Wednesday, Oct. 6 and charged with first-degree rape, first-degree burglary, and harassment. He is accused of entering a female’s hut at the Sleep Center at around 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 5 and raping her as she was changing clothes. Stubblefield is also accused of threating to kill the female victim and stealing a $5 bill from her.
His arraignment is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 18 at 3 p.m. in Walla Walla County Superior Court. Bail is set at $100,000.
