WALLA WALLA – The Walla Walla Public School Board of Directors will meet virtually tonight at 5:30 p.m. to continue its regular business meeting. This comes after last Tuesday night’s meeting was disrupted by an unknown individual and adjourned.
The unknown individual refused to wear a mask, a violation of state-mandated health and safety requirements for in-person public meetings.
The agenda includes an update on the school bond construction projects at Walla Walla High School, Lincoln High School and Pioneer Middle School, plus review of the district’s strategic plan. At the end of the meeting, the board will go into executive session to meet with its legal counsel.
