WSP seeks assistance locating person of interest

KENNEWICK — Washington State Patrol detectives request assistance in locating a person of interest following a drive-by shooting Thursday in Kennewick. The incident occurred in the northbound lanes of State Route 397 near the intersection with Tenth Avenue at about 1:16 p.m.
Detectives said they believe by evidence obtained from the victims of the shooting that the vehicle is a 2017 black Chevrolet Cruze with Oregon license plates 019NDA. The car is registered to Kayla B. Shuttleworth of Umatilla. She is a person of interest in this investigation.
