UPDATE: 08/23/2025 at 12:40 p.m.: The Washington State Patrol has cancelled a Silver Alert for David Dorso, 71, of Walla Walla, as he’s been located.
WALLA WALLA – The Washington State Patrol (WSP) has issued a silver alert for 71-year-old David Dorso. His last pinged location was near Ontario, Oregon at 1 a.m. Saturday morning. The vehicle associated is a 2017 silver Hyundai Sonata with Washington license plate number BRM5472.
WSP says he was last seen leaving his home on Friday at approximately 9 p.m. He has aphasia which means he may be difficult to understand when speaking. He is unable to return home without assistance.
Anyone who sees him or the associated vehicle, or has information about his location is asked to call 911.
