Would you be interested in being a host family for an exchange student?

BAKER COUNTY – The Baker School District is currently seeking families who would be interested in hosting exchange students this year. The district says that they have agents in both Asia and Europe who are expressing interest in placing students between the ages of 16 and 18 in Baker City this coming spring.

According to information from the school district, “a group from France will need housing for just 3 days in late March before spring break (exact travel dates TBA). We also have a group from Asia that might be seeking a longer-term placement this spring.”
