Work continues on McAlister Rd Bridge work

ISLAND CITY – Work taking place this week on the McAlister Rd Bridge project outside of La Grande has included anchors and rebar being installed for the new bridge rail. Crews are also working on setting forms for the new rail.
Throughout this project, travelers can expect intermittent flagging with up to 20-minute delays Monday thru Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM when necessary for construction activities. There will be no impacts to traffic flow during non-working hours.
