EASTERN OREGON – (New Release from Oregon Department of Transportation)Work scheduled for next week (6/27 thru 7/1):
McAlister Rd Bridge: They finished tying rebar for the new rail this week and will continue to place forms and pour concrete for the next few week. There will be lane closures and flagging with up to 20 minute delays on McAlister Rd all week.
2nd Street Bridge over I-84: The bridge remains closed to vehicles, but open to bicycles and pedestrians 24/7. Next week they will continue prepping for the overlay of the bridge deck that is scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday.
OR86 Bridge over I-84 (Richland Interchange): Anchor Bolts have been installed and the contractor is finishing up tying rebar. Next week they will start placing forms and pouring concrete for the new rail. There may be flaggers with up to 20 minute delays when work is occurring. There will be no impacts to traffic flow during non-work hours.
