Woman sentenced to jail for criminal mischief, trespassing

CANYON CITY – A woman will spend time in jail on mischief and trespass charges, according to Grant County Circuit Court documents. Sunny Jean Moore, 25, pleaded guilty to Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree as well as Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree.
Moore was sentenced to 240 hours, or 10 days, in jail as well as 12 months on Bench Probation. One count was disposed with no conviction.
