BAKER CITY — The woman who was formally charged with stealing money from a Baker City Bakery has pleaded guilty to the crimes and will spend around three months in jail and pay over $102,000 in restitution.
Tana Jo Molina, 52, and a former employee of Sweet Wife Baking, pleaded guilty in Baker County Circuit Court to two counts of Aggravated Theft in the First Degree, committed between August of 2023 and June of 2024. Molina was sentenced to 90 days in jail, placed on Supervised Probation for 60 months with Special Conditions, and ordered to pay $102,825.87 in restitution to the owner of Sweet Wife Baking. Two counts were disposed of with no conviction. The guilty plea was entered on January 20th, 2026.
