BAKER COUNTY – Oregon State Police recently received a tip regarding an individual unlawfully possessing raptor parts in Rye Valley. According to reports from Oregon State Police in Baker County, the individual was contacted at her residence and found to be in the unlawful possession of prohibited parts and cited for the offense as a violation. During the investigation, it was determined the individual has a misdemeanor warrant for Failure to Appear (FTA) on a Theft II change in Malheur County, Oregon. The individual, 73-year-old Lorayne Fae Indermuhle, was cited and released.
