Woman arrested multiple times for trespassing in Baker City

BAKER CITY — A woman is in jail after being arrested twice in Baker City for trespassing. On November 27th at approximately 3:27 p.m., a Baker City Police Officer responded to a location on Auburn Avenue for the report of criminal trespassing. As a result, Jeanie Lynn Overbay, 61, was arrested for Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree.

Around 2:17 a.m. the following morning, on November 28th, BCPD again responded to the Auburn Avenue location and arrested Jeanie Overbay for Criminal Trespass in the First Degree, Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree, and Violation of a Release Agreement. As of December 2nd, Overbay was still lodged in the Baker County Jail on the charges mentioned.
