Woman arrested multiple times for trespassing in Baker City

BAKER CITY — A woman is in jail after being arrested twice in Baker City for trespassing. On November 27^th at approximately 3:27 p.m., a Baker City Police Officer responded to a location on Auburn Avenue for the report of criminal trespassing. As a result, Jeanie Lynn Overbay, 61, was arrested for Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree.

Around 2:17 a.m. the following morning, on November 28^th, BCPD again responded to the Auburn Avenue location and arrested Jeanie Overbay for Criminal Trespass in the First Degree, Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree, and Violation of a Release Agreement. As of December 2^nd, Overbay was still lodged in the Baker County Jail on the charges mentioned.
