PRAIRIE CITY / SENECA – A Winter Weather Advisory is in place for the Ochoco-John Day Highlands, according to the National Weather Service. The agency reports that total snow accumulation of three-to-five inches is expected through 4 a.m. tomorrow morning.
This includes the towns of Prairie City and Seneca. Periods of moderate and heavy snow will combine with low visibilities to create difficult driving conditions, and other difficulties as well. Use caution and follow Elkhorn Media Group outlets for updates.
