Winter Weather Advisory issued for Ochoco-John Day Highlands

PRAIRIE CITY – The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for the Ochoco-John Day Highlands as well as Harney and Malheur Counties. The advisory remains in effect until 4 p.m. Friday afternoon for areas above 4,500 feet.
