CANYON CITY – A man was sentenced to probation, got his hunting license suspended, and was ordered to pay thousands of dollars in fines and restitution following conviction in Grant County Circuit Court.
Kyle Winslow, 32, pleaded guilty to one count of Taking, Angling, Hunting, or Trapping in Violation of a Wildlife Law or Rule, committed on or about November 23rd of 2025. Winslow was sentenced to 12 months on Bench Probation with special conditions to include 40 hours of community service and completion of an ODFW Hunter Education course. Winslow also received a hunting license suspension for three years, and was ordered to pay $4,676 in fines and restitution. Two counts were disposed with no conviction. the guilty pleas were entered on March 2nd, 2026.
