Winn Road closed for Lower Dry Creek Fire utility repairs

WESTON – Winn Road between Oregon Highways 11 and 204 is closed except for residents on the road.
The closure is for Pacific Power crews who are working to repair damage caused by the Lower Dry Creek Fire.
The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to respect the closure and use alternate routes for their safety and the safety of utility crews on site.
