* What: South winds 25 to 35 MPH with gusts up to 50 MPH.*
Where: Harney County and Malheur county.*
When: From 11 AM MST /10 AM PST/ to 11 PM MST /10 PM PST/ Monday.*
Impacts: Gusty winds could blow unsecured objects around. Tree limbs could be blown down and Power outages may result.Precautionary/preparedness actions…Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
