Wheelin’ Walla Walla gears up for fun

WALLA WALLA – Wheelin’ Walla Walla returns for its 25^th anniversary today (Friday) and Saturday. This year’s car show will bring over 500 vehicles to the streets of downtown Walla Walla. The event begins tonight at 6 p.m. with the classic cruise. In celebration of the 25^th anniversary, the cruise will end with a parade down Main Street.

On Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. the vehicles will be part of the Show and Shine along Main Street. An award ceremony will be held at First Avenue Plaza at 3 p.m. and include a memorial honoring the 20^th anniversary of the September 11^th attacks.

All events will take place outdoors and the Downtown Walla Walla Foundation is asking attendees to use masks and encourages social distancing.
