PILOT ROCK — UPDATE 6:45 PM. Wildcad is reporting the fire is now contained. Continue to use caution and avoid the area if possible.

We are receiving reports of a wildfire burning just southeast of Pilot Rock in Umatilla County, currently labeled the “Wegner Gulch Fire” by the Blue Mountain Interagency Dispatch Center. Multiple agencies are currently responding.
Estimated size and current (if any) evacuation orders are unknown. We will provide updates as information becomes avalible.
