Water/sewer billing delayed for Island City residents

ISLAND CITY – Island City residents may notice a delay to their regular water/sewer billing. The City of Island City recently posted an announcement that water and sewer billing for May 30 was unable to be sent due to a system issue. According to the announcement, the city recently underwent a major upgrade to its water and sewer billing system, which has caused some ongoing issues with regular billing.

City staff apologize for any inconvenience and are currently working with the software company to resolve the problem.
