Water Resource Department hold meeting to discuss Harney Basin

Harney County- Alexandra Scott, Public Engagement with the Oregon Water Resources Department spoke about the ground water study that has been going on in Harney County and the upcoming meeting that are taking place next week. They will be talking about Division 512 Harney Basin Specific Rules and the second meeting will be Division 10 rules.
