Wanted man in custody, two others arrested in Milton-Freewater area

UMATILLA COUNTY – Deputies from the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office, acting with the U.S. Marshals Service on Wednesday, tracked down a wanted man who was barricaded inside a home on the 84000 block of Yellow Jacket Road in the Milton-Freewater area.
Walla Walla Police K9 Hoss and his handler assisted in finding Paul Anthony Lightner, 40. Deputies also arrested Samuel Joseph Miller, 50, and Josie Paige Royse, 30.
All three are lodged in the Umatilla County Jail on arrest warrants for probation and parole violations.
