BAKER CITY – (Release from Wallowa Whitman National Forest) In response to the duty to protect Forest employees and the public during this time of increasing COVID-19 cases in local communities, Wallowa-Whitman National Forest officials are taking additional safety measures to reduce or eliminate close contact between people indoors.
Until further notice, we will suspend in-office services and continue to provide customer service virtually. Please call one of our offices for information and assistance:

Over the past year, the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest developed virtual practices which allow us to serve the public and our partners while reducing or eliminating close contact between people. We are committed to working together to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and protecting our employees and our customers. We will resume in-office services when it is safe to do so.
