ENTERPRISE, OR – During the latest Wallowa County Board of Commissioners meeting, it was approved to do upgrades to the Wallowa County Fairgrounds with a grant of $500,000 from the American Rescue Plan Act. There are currently much-needed repairs to buildings at the fairgrounds, from the indoor arena’s roof, and replacing the ventilation system in the kitchen, plus other projects that have been delayed. County Commissioners haven’t decided how far or what projects will be done with the grant.
