WALLOWA — The city of Wallowa was an official America 250 celebration over the Fourth of July weekend, and raised the stakes by offering double the prize money for the parade thanks to a private donor.
SPS of Oregon was the “City Choice” taking home $500. The Cougar Bus won the Adult Division pocketing $300, and Lady Liberty was the winner of the Children’s Division with a prize of $100.
