WALLA WALLA – Walla Walla Town Center has new owners. California-based Alamo Group and Nevada-based Covenant Real Estate Group purchased the retail center for $24.5 million.
At the time of the sale, the property was 93 percent leased. With the departure of Bed, Bath & Beyond, which declared bankruptcy, that premises is now vacant and negotiations are underway with Old Navy.
Previously, Alamo purchased the former ShopKo building, which is part of the retail center. That property is currently under redevelopment with a grand opening of Burlington, HomeGoods, and Big Lots scheduled for this spring.
