Walla Walla seeks public input on Division Street bike lanes

WALLA WALLA – The city of Walla Walla seeks public input on bike lane options for the Division Street corridor between Bryant Street and Alder Street.

The city is currently developing alternatives for improving pedestrian safety and accessibility in the vicinity of Pioneer Park. The project is anticipated for construction in early 2024.

The options include dedicated bike lanes with parking limited to the west side of Division Street only, or bike lanes incorporated into the existing vehicle lanes and marked with share the road markings/signage, retaining parking on both sides of Division Street.
