News release from city of Walla Walla
WALLA WALLA – City staff have received word from United States Postal Service regional officials that the Walla Walla Post Office has temporarily moved its operations due to the elevated levels of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) detected in its basement.
Carriers will operate out of the West Richland Post Office. Mail delivery is not expected to be impacted.
Post Office Box customers can call for their mail at the College Place Post Office. Please bring identification.
This is only a temporary change pending clearance by emergency personnel.
