Walla Walla man sentenced for child molestation

WALLA WALLA – A nine-and-a-half-year prison sentence has been imposed on the most serious offense committed by Ezekiel Richard Van De Rostyne, 30, of Walla Walla.
In August, Van De Rostyne pleaded guilty in Walla Walla County Superior Court to child molestation in a plea agreement. He pleaded guilty to three counts of child molestation involving two known victims. The crimes occurred between 2019 and 2023.
Van De Rostyne was sentenced last Thursday.
