Walla Walla man faces charges of incest, child molestation

WALLA WALLA – Ezekiel Richard Van De Rostyne, 30 of Walla Walla was arrested Saturday following a Walla Walla Police Department investigation. He faces five counts of alleged child molestation and one count of incest from two separate cases in 2023 and 2024.

Van De Rostyne appeared in Walla Walla County Superior Court Wednesday afternoon where the state mentioned more charges may be added. He is currently being held in the Walla Walla County Jail on a $50,000 bond with no cash alternative.

Judge Patricia Fulton set conditions for his pretrial release, including no contact with minors and to maintain a 250-foot distance from schools and parks.
