W. Orchard Ave. in Hermiston closed this week for water line replacement project

HERMISTON – West Orchard Avenue in Hermiston is closed this week at its intersection with Southwest 11th Street.
Southwest 11th Street will remain open at the intersection, but flaggers will direct traffic. Drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes.
The closure is part of a project to replace water main lines along West Orchard Avenue between Southwest Seventh and Southwest 11th streets. The project also includes replacing lines along Southwest Ninth Street between West Orchard and West Hermiston avenues.
