HERMISTON – The man killed by a vehicle on Highway 395 between Hermiston and Stanfield over the weekend has been identified. His body was found on the northbound roadway early Sunday morning.
Oregon State Police Lt. Karl Farber said OSP located and notified the next of kin Tuesday. He is identified as Scott Leslie Robinson, 58. Hermiston police, who secured the scene to await OSP’s arrival, reported the victim was from the Portland area. Farber said it’s believed Robinson was a transient.
Farber said there were no clues at the scene as to the make and model of the vehicle. The investigation is continuing.
