Vets of all ages can be vaccinated

WALLA WALLA – The Jonathan M. Wainwright Memorial VA Medical Center is hosting a COVID-19 vaccination clinic tomorrow (Saturday) from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The center has more than 500 doses to administer during the event. Veterans must call to schedule an appointment.
The event is for all veterans, regardless of age, who are enrolled at any VA area clinics including Richland, Yakima, La Grande, Enterprise and Boardman as well as Walla Walla. Appointments can be scheduled by calling 509-525-5200 and selecting option 2 twice. Veterans may also ask to speak to the call center to be connected.
Veterans who want to be vaccinated in Walla Walla who cannot make the Saturday event can request an appointment for some other date. The vaccination clinic is being held at the main campus, 77 Wainwright Drive.
