Vehicle out of gas in Harney County leads to multiple arrest warrants

Harney County-Thursday, Jan 4, 2024, Oregon State Police responded to a report of a disabled vehicle on Hwy 78 near milepost 79.

Upon arrival, a blue Subaru Outback was blocking the westbound lane. Per the driver, Ryan Clark, the vehicle had run out of gas. Clark, admitted to having a warrant for his arrest. A wants check confirmed that Clark had outstanding warrants for Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Reckless Driving, Criminal Mischief In The 2nd Degree (X2) and Failure to Report as a Sex Offender.

Clark was placed under arrest and transported to the Harney County Jail.
