HUNTINGTON, OR – Oregon State Police responded to a rollover crash, recently, involving a commercial motor vehicle that closed I-84 for about 7-hours. The crash occurred at milepost 340, 6-miles west of Huntington. The investigation revealed that the commercial motor vehicle rounded a corner and rolled onto the center barrier. The load of Fries spilled onto the highway when the trailer broke open. Both the east and westbound lanes were blocked by the crash. The driver, Jamal Malik Welch of University Place, Washington sustained minor injuries and was transported to Baker City for treatment.
