Vaccine clinic today in John Day

JOHN DAY – The Grant County Health Department and Blue Mountain Hospital held a vaccine clinic at the fairgrounds today. Community Counseling Solutions Director Kimberly Lindsay said for the most part, the clinics move along smoothly:
“We’re very efficient. We have a lot of volunteers helping inside, so there’s a small line. The parking lot is well-managed or better managed, and the total amount of time that most people are in the building is about 25 minutes.”
To get on the Grant County vaccine waitlist, send an email to vaccine@ccsemail.org or call 575-0429. Before today’s clinic, CCS reports that a total of 3,401 doses of COVD-19 vaccine have been administered.
