Update on water on the Powder River

BAKER CITY – Baker City Public Works has an update regarding water quality on the Powder River. According to Michelle Owens the water quality of the effluent from the Baker City Wastewater Treatment Facility into the Powder River is again fully compliant with our DEQ permit.
