Union County Fair Jr. Livestock Auction Brings in Nearly $375,000 by End of Night

UNION COUNTY – The 2023 Union County Fair has officially wrapped up, and the numbers for the Junior Livestock Auction are in. As of the closing at 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 5, the auction has officially raised $374,645 according to Honour Bowen, Administrative Office Manager for the Union County 4-H Extension Office.
Note that the final amount will be somewhat higher as add-ons will be accepted until August 13. For those that would like to organize an add-on, email auction staff at ucfauction@gmail.com. The final amount raised by the auction will be posted as soon as it’s determined.
