UNION โ During a regular commission meeting on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, the Union County Board of Commissioners officially approved a 2.7% service fee increase for Union Sanitation, Resolution 2025-05. According to information presented to the commissioners, the requested rate increase was due in part to the Baker Landfill raising its disposal fee, with county commissioners also having approved a rate increase for Waste Pro on January 22nd. The new rate pricing for Union Sanitationโs routes (as also presented to commissioners) is as follows:

North Powder Route
*Services in rural areas may be charged additional mileage.
*Does not include fuel surcharge.
