PROSSER – Deputies in Benton County, Washington, are working on several leads to locate an under-aged girl who allegedly pulled a pair of scissors and held them to the neck of a child protective services worker. The victim was transporting the suspect from Walla Walla to a foster home in Benton County.

With the blades of the scissors held to the victim’s neck, the suspect directed the CPS worker to keep driving. Eventually they stopped in a remote area north of Prosser.
