UMATILLA COUNTY – The Umatilla County Public Health Department is now hosting a survey about vaccines. The opinion-gathering should take about three minutes to complete.

“We truly want to hear real, honest opinions: positive, negative, or anywhere in between,” UCo Health wrote in a news release. “This feedback helps us better serve our community.”

Participants can also enter a raffle for Walmart gift cards, Dutch Bros. gift cards, or pool passes.

The survey closes on Friday, April 10. Prize winners will be contacted the week of April 15.
