U.S Forest Service-Malheur National Forest reports a washout on the 4510 Road

MALHEUR COUNTY-There is a washout on the 4510rd. A portion of a culvert has been exposed and a large hole in the roadway. Access is not impacted at this time, but we encourage you to use caution.
