CANYON CITY – The Grant County Circuit Court recently sentenced two people on driving charges in separate cases.
In one case, Larry Gene Hesseltine Jr, 47, pleaded guilty to one count of Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants. As a result, Hesseltine was sentenced to 10 days in jail, placed on Supervised Probation for 18 months, and ordered to pay a total of $2,255 in fees and fines. Two other counts were disposed with no conviction.
In another case, the Grant County Circuit Court reports that Tiffani Minkowsky pleaded guilty to one charge of Failure to Perform Duties as a Driver, resulting in property damage, as well as one count of Driving Uninsured.
Minkowsky’s driver’s license was suspended for 90 days and she is placed on Supervised Probation for 18 months, and ordered to pay a total of $465 in fines and restitution. One charge was disposed with no conviction.
