Two more wolf attacks confirmed in Union County

UNION COUNTY — Two wolf depredations have been confirmed occurring in Union County over the past week.

The Oregon Department of Fish & Wildlife (ODFW) says a six-month-old calf was killed on private land near Beagle Creek on November 30 by the Black Pines Pack. A cow was attacked and injured by the Ukiah Pack on private land near McCoy Creek on November 27.

Since the beginning of November, ODFW has confirmed nine wolf depredations in Baker and Union counties.
