Two more candidates up for Burns Police Chief

Burns-Last Thursday there was a testing/interview process held for the open position of the Burns Police Chief. The 2 candidates that were up were Marc Heckathorn from Jefferson County and Oscar Nunez from Calipatria California.
After the testing process, the City of Burns has decided not to move forward with either candidate.
The City of Burns will be reviewing applications that came in after the open position closed and a second process testing/interview process will be held in the near future
